This website aims to provide a review on Chapter 11, Near-term Climate Change: Projections and Predictability of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) Working Group I (WGI) report, Climate Change 2013: The Physical Science Basis. This Chapter mainly focuses on the projected physical near-term climate changes, in which the key results are summarized in the Content Summary. To incorporate human implications under the projected climate changes, Chapter 8, Urban Areas, of the Working Group II (WGII) report, Climate Change 2014: Impacts, Adaptation, and Vulnerability, would be briefly discussed in the Policy and Social Relevance section. Under Assessment, you can find a critical evaluation of WGI Chapter 11 drafted by myself.
